FUNCTIONS AT ORSSC
With 3 function areas all facing the ocean, complete with stunning views, 3 bars, a fully equipped kitchen, a superb Chef, a great function co-ordinator and function / bar staff, we have the facilities to ensure your function is planned and happens with minimal stress.
Our facilities allow us to cater for between 50 and 150+ people so no Party is too big or too small! All 3 function areas have sufficient space for a band or DJ and 2 function rooms have a dance floor. Functions can be held during the day or night and even at the weekends.
Your business function can be fully catered, provided with tea, coffee and light finger food, or for morning business functions, breakfast can be supplied.

With beautiful views overlooking the Indian Ocean towards Rottnest Island with sweeping views through 180 degrees makes Ocean Reef Sea Sports Club the perfect location to hold your wedding or special occasions.
Our team here at the Ocean Reef Sea Sports Club understand the importance of a successful event and you can trust our team to take care of your every need. We cater for weddings big and small, birthday parties, engagements, anniversaries, seminars and meetings, dinners and cocktail parties, seasonal functions and charity fundraisers to name a few. With a number of facilities available we are bound to have something that will suit your requirements!
THE SUNSET LOUNGE (60 - 80 persons)
Comfortably catering for approximately 60 – 80 people, allowing your guests to spill out onto the West facing veranda if they wish or into the members bar area to play pool. There is also a dance floor complete with area for a band, DJ or juke box.
HIRE COST: Non Member - $250.00 / Member - $200.00
THE PANORAMA HALL (70 - 200 persons)
Catering for between 70 – 200 people. This is our largest function room complete with its own bar area and panoramic ocean views. There is a large dance floor and stage area suitable for a multiple piece band. This room is ideal for larger weddings, larger Birthdays and special occasions and for charity fundraisers.
HIRE COST: Non Member - $400.00 / Member - $350.00
CLUB GROUNDS
The South side of the club is ideal for wedding ceremony use and can be set up as required for a small fee – see our Wedding extras page for more details. The south side of the club is also the home of the new Anzac memorial – an impressive memorial commissioned by the Ocean Reef RSL. The grounds on the north and south sides of the club are fully licensed, and a barbecue is available for use on the northern side of the club on request.
CHILDREN'S PLAY AREA
Alongside the Ocean View Patio we have a large grassed area with children’s playground, this area is well suited to family or children’s functions, allowing your guests to wander on the club grounds or take in the breathtaking views. This area also has extensive shade sails in place during the summer months.

Choosing the right menu for your function
Here at Ocean Reef Sea Sports Club, our head chef has created an extensive range of menus to suit each individual function. Our menus offer not only a diverse and interesting range of food, but also a choice of service options to suit your function style. Our packages are in place to offer you a guideline, the menus can be tailored to suit you and your guests.
On booking your function at the club, you will meet with our Functions Coordinator who will be more than happy to talk through your menu options with you, and discuss how best to choose a menu to compliment your function style. We are happy to cater for any type of special dietary requirement, providing enough notice is given.

Located right on the edge of the beautiful Indian Ocean with uninterrupted views of the famous WA sunsets, our team at Ocean Reef Sea Sports Club are able to host and cater your event with a perfect location setting and great facilities for functions of any type.
Our functions are fully catered by our fantastic Chef and you have our functions co-ordinator to help you plan your event while minimising your stress!
